They call constantly and leave no message. So I called back today and the owner of the phone had left a message that someone had used his phone number to run a scan. He apologized for the inconvenience and stated he would not be returning any calls.

Returned ring. telephone DISCONNECTED! !!!

Anyone know what this is - why are so many people calling and not leaving messages?  Looks like if they're collectors of some sort they'd leave you a message -

rang this afternoon didnt pass on a msg do not recognise who or exactly what this ring is about. I am on the national do not ring directory & still these people keep on phoning.

This is a fraudulently obtained phone number with an automated message asking customers of Banner Bank to input their credit card and personal identity information for criminally fraudulent purposes.

It's a collection agency 'Financial Asset'

Phoned my cell three times (so far) on Wednesday, Aug. 22. Never left a message.
