Some bill collector been calling all day

This person Sam left a voicemail to call him back. When I called it was Optimum claiming they were checking up on my service and tried to sell me cell phone service. Never stated on the voicemail he was from Optimum. Sneaky. Very deceptive.

Scam

A person user from Frankfort, Kentucky received an unsolicited call from (660) 822-9191 and reported the caller to the FCC

The caller (sounded like Asian, male) knew my name and left a very lengthy message 'hello, Mrs ., Mr ..?  Are you there?  hello?  I need to speak to you.  Hellooo.  Are you there?  Hello.  On and on and on until my answering machine cut him off.  He never identified who he was or who he was calling for.  What good is it to be on the Do Not Call Registry?  I get as many calls now as I ever did.

This number speaks spanish only and has called repeatedly over the past two days to the tune of over 50 calls.    I have told,screamed, and reprimanded them but it is unsuccessful.
