Scam text claiming we were overdue on a Lowe’s credit card bill.

This number keeps calling and I answered today and they said they were located in palm harbor Florida but said they are for disability but also said that I would be eligible for funding for remodel of my bathroom. So here is my question for the scammer number, if they are based out of FLORIDA then why do they have an Ohio number

2 rings (both ended up leaving messages) first ring is with a girl with a thick accent wanting to give me his new phone no, didnt recognise her. second ring again is with a girl I didnt know wanting to give me his new address & tel number No accent with second ring
