Millions Call

We get called every day this number is listed as 'Unavailable.' Message write something like 'this is not a call. I'm calling on the important issue of business, etc.' and then gives you number to use the call-back.Since we do not have anything in the collection, I scratched my head as to why the collection agency calling. Think maybe it's not legal?

Caller ID shows 'marketing' but robo call says they are not a sales call. However, I have received these calls numerous times previously and this is from company selling home alarm systems. My number registered with National no call list so complaint was filed against company and their number.
