Millions Call

I have received calls from them over the last couple days. Caller I.D. says "Charity, L". Last night, when I answered, there was no one there. I have tried calling the number several times today, and I get a busy signal.

877-218-5188 is the toll free number that called me. I tried a reverse search on it in several directories and apparently there is no such number in any of them. 'Thelma', the 'Social Services Coordinator' who called, seemed to know a few things things about me (such as the name of my health care company), but other things --- which I believe she rightly SHOULD have known if she was who she said she was -- she hadn't a clue about. Since background noise and chatter sounded suspiciously like a 'boiler room', I balked when she asked me to verify my address and date of birth. Anybody know what this is about?
