Some * stating he would be in the area for home improvements etc. SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM & HE SOUNDED LIKE A CRIMINAL

This number called me and let phone ring once.  Then sent a text asking for my email with some story about needing to email me stuff.  I deleted and didn't respond.  But the number text me the same message again about 15 min later.

That's the same number used by a company that claims they deal with rental properties and they charge a processing fee of $129 to use their services.
