I just received the same message stating the same thing. If it is a collection agency then they are violating the law and I will send this straight to my consumer rights attorney, they just won a case for me for another collection agency using the same illegal practices. They left this message on my spouses cell phone and they told me I have now been notified. That is not a proper notification. If you guys have any more information about these people please post.
