Call is from a spoofed local number

Reported as Unsafe and Scam Risk. Potential spoofed number. Persistent and aggressive Robocaller. No Caller ID. Fails to leave voicemail. Ignoring do not call registration. Report to FTC and State authorities. Block number.

Sending text messages saying, "Thanks for selecting us , it is our goal to make you happy http[:]//bit[.]ly/pvhUhr", which translate to https[:]//www[.]ganeshaspeaks[.]com/horoscopes/daily-horoscope/, which is a daily astrology service.

Called several times-hung up.

I got a call from this number and they pretended to be a local radio station, and started asking questions, so I just hung up and they never called back.

Called numerous times asking for our accountant so that they can issue a refund but they can't clearly explain what the refund is for. Pretends to be your merchant services carrier. Asks for credit card terminal numbers and various forms to be faxed/emailed to them. I asked to call them back and their number isn't registered to any company name. I called our real merchant services carrier and they had no records of any outgoing calls to our business and no mention of any refunds in their call notes. When you call back the number, "Crystal" immediately picks up. SCAM.
