harassing making threats

I am getting around two calls per day from this number. They never leave a message and when I answer is disconnects me. I called the number back but can't tell what kind of business this is . I tell them who I am and they say I am not in the data base and neither is my phone number ? They keep saying they won't call yet I keep getting calls annoying !!!

we do not know the no. keeps on SMSing us with vulgar comments.

Got a text from this number trying to get me to reply for money from www.cashstopsite.com. Says reply 'stop' to unsubscribe but I never subscribed to begin with.

This is the story. I did an unemploynment compensation appealation so, I am waiting to be called for a phone Hearing. X person ( that I do not know ) is in the same situation and call to this number to ask about his case. Someone in that place told him that I am the judge, and then set a connection with my phone number. It is truely shameful that people working in government offices is kidding about serious affairs.
