this was a pre automated msg which talks about charges in Guatemala. this states these people are ur cc firm & are phoning to confirm some charges on ur account. this may just be a prank ring however this could be a phishing ring as well.

these people stated that we got these people were asking for us for check Fraud. we dont have any checking account

3 rd call today Oct 2 at 5pm call display registering Alberta - Woman who couldn't even speak English said we won a trip to Disneyland. Previous 2 call numbers today in morning were 778-786-3670 (Vancouver BC) Have told all 3 different people that we did not register to win prize. First 2 would not give me company name and this last one said Resort Capital......I said what does it take to tell you we do not want this 'prize' and woman said 'What part do you not want? and started listing package and all we had to do was supply DL etc. ...I said none of it and she said we will give to someone else....I said please do and that I would really like to tell you what you could do with it and I shall also report this phone number to Better Business Bureau as I did the other two.BBB says this is a scam

Another scammer text mssg: 'Great News! Your requested cash advance is now available! Get up to $50! Use approval code: givemeVisit: MONEY600.com 'I never request cash advances, so obviously bogus.
