SCAM, SPAM, MONEY FRAUD. Their caller ID says it all: WOLF1 BG (Wolf one Bad-guy)

Received 5 calls in the past half hour from this number, which appears to be a fax.

Called anonymously left a have message that I could barely understand. Got the gist it was a collection call. Tried to call number back and said some sort of test was complete.
