Changing their caller ID - suspected scammer

Fraud?

This guy will not take no for an answer I just met him and he calls like 20 times a day at all times of the day and night, it looks like Ill have to give my number up that Ive owned forever just to avoid his calls, stalker!

UNITED Debt COLLECTION (LAW FIRM SUPPOSEDLY)They are violating Third Party Information Act, calling the wrong number and when I asked them to take me off their list, they insisted on getting MY name and I was NOT about to do that. Anyhow, they are calling for the wrong person and refuse to stop calling.

rings & was fishing for our last name that was not mentioned on our automated msg. for the past month We are receiving unaivailable hang ups about the identical time of day & subsequently this.

They just called me as well and said the same thing. I asked for the # and the they gave me 8-882-7130 with extention 238. I tried to call back and got a busy signal. They said they could lower my credit card intrest. They told me to give them my information and they would send it to their finance dept and I would get a call back in 30 minutes. I did not give them any info.
