Got a call from this number didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. If they don't leave a message I don't call back

yeah I just had that # call me and ask for someone else. I said u have the wrong # and they asked who I was. I laughed and said 'Um u called ME, and u have the wrong #!' then I hung up. It was just like 5 minutes ago.Do u have a 644 prefix for a cell phone? Cuz I noticed his prefix after the area code was 644 and thats what mine starts with. Just weird.
