A black Honda subsequently passed us with the male driver turned towards us laughing up a storm. At 6:20 p. m. , our mobile telephone receives a ring with 509-361-63604 no. we did not answer. At 6:27 p. m. , this called again with the identical no. we did not answer. was there equipment that can be used to record ur mobile telephone no. by somebody in another car?

The rings are coming with a debt collector.
