I think this is an international called using google voice or something like that. No voicemail and it is supposed to be a business nunber.

Keep getting missed calls from this number late in the evening.

he call me and said that if i do not wire him 400 dollars i was going to be arrested. i told him that he was a scam and he can  do whatever he want. he never call back you have to make it clear to him that you know he is a scam and you are not giving him any money
