Foreigner claiming to be Medicare on tecorded line. I told her she was bad

Received call claiming it was Comcast and that they need to set an appointment to update my cable boxes. I called Comcast and they said they no record of call or appointments and do not recognized the number. Could be fraud activity.

Unknown. No message. BLOCKED!!

This number keeps calling me but they never leave a message. If this is a bill collector why dont they leave a message?

Number appears to be local, when I answered, there is a relatively threatening and rude recording about student loans... call back, number doesn’t exist. Don’t bother answering, just block the jerks.
