claimed to be entergy electric company. Alex was the rep. said our business had a balance of 2,000 plus dollars and lights will be cut off at 4pm. he called at 3pm.

Possibly the only thing wrong with this call is that, though perhaps genuine, I am not interested. And there must tens of thousands making these calls. That might make "Spam" a better description.
