This person called me an then yelled at me for asking who it was. Very ridiculous and a waste of my time.

I have been receiving calls from 801-823-2035.  I don't answer the calls as I know no one in that area code.  I did however block my number and returned the call once.  I got a recorded message (Western Wats with a brief message to look them up on the web).  I have no idea how to block the dang idiots.  I am on the national do not call registry but I understand it does not apply to all callers.
