phone has been turned off good day

Received the same scam call on my cell.

I called them back the recording said have your account number ready.

Caller purported to be a representative from a payday loan company and alleged that I have defaulted.    He asked me if I had an attorney to whom they could speak about my 'case'.

This person harassed me (over texts) and I want to know who it is.

I got a text on my cell phone from above # that read as follows: [unverified sender](9179955844) Message from Verizon. You have to update Your account. Click on http://vtext.wireless-update3.com and proceed. I looked up online and found someone who also got the text. He went online from his computer and found a site that was just an image with a place to enter your verizon account and password with a "login" button, however, no other buttons worked. Sounds like a phishing site to me.

I got a txt message using my first name.

GE Money. I don't answer. I have nothing they should be contacting me about. Screw 'em. Maybe I will start answering and setting the phone on the counter just to tie up their phone line.
