This is company called Elite Pro.  They claim they only have a certain number of spots but what they really are is like a referral agency.  They have a pool of contractors that they have screened and qualified and they refer these to those looking for work in certain areas.  It's a little spendy for me.  It's not in our company budget.  I'm not saying they don't work, but I don't like the way they initially contact you.  Like they are really looking for a 'bid'.  What they are looking for is contractors to pre-qualify for possibly future bids.
