Calls repeatedly for someone not at our address, and whose number this is not!

one other day when this number had called our phone, there was a message about 'electric choice.' It was one of those companies that have sprung up since Pennsylvania passed the law saying you can buy your electricity from other companies besides the local utility. It is really stupid, the rates change all the time, the changes do not happen immediately when you sign up, by the time they do, then there is a new rate in effect, the whole thing is a scam. As usual, somebody comes out ahead, but it is not us the consumers. Oh, yeah, I think this qualifies as telemarketing. We are on the DO NOT CALL list. sigh

Had my name, but grossly mispronounced it with a thick foreign male accent. Wasn't expecting a call from an unknown number, and this didn't sound like a "Katherine Cowen" who supposedly owns this number.

Reported as Unsafe and Spam Risk. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Fails to leave voicemail. No Caller ID. Report to FTC and block number.
