Millions Call

I received a text message from this number saying my entry last month won me a $1,000 gift card. Since I never entered a contest, I know it is a scam. I think that it's sketchy that they're texting my cell phone.

Person who owns the phone is Ingrid who is elderly, but the Caller ID displays “Wayne”, though not listed under any of the names related to searches.
