The agent I spoke with was a man by the name of Rob. At first I didn't believe him. He did tell me what my AAA member id was, also able to tell me how many memebers were on the membership and when it was opened. That aside I called the main 1800 AAA number, wanted to confirm this was legit. The AAA corporate rep was able to confirm that Rob was in the "renewal department" . Once i was satisfied , I did. I renewed my AAA membership with him. He was able to send me an email confirmation. I got it shortly after he said the transaction had been processed. The whole thing hadn't sat with me well over night, So I called AAA back the following morning to check the status of my AAA membership and it was renewed the day earlier. All said and done. This guy was great. He was very, very knowledgeable and helpful.
