This woman keeps calling non stop trying to get me to accept charges for the phone call, scam

I have received a total of 3 calls from this number over the last 2 weeks. No voice mail was left. (The 3rd call, there was an "accidental" voicemail - but no one said anything. Just choppy background noise.) I tried to call back from a different phone and instantly got a message that identifies it as "WCA Subscriber Services", and says this line is for subscribers only, and the phone number I called from is not a recognized subscriber number. I'm afraid to call from the phone number they have!

This is Rossman & Company, a collection agency for medical practices and others. They are RUDE. NEVER return their telephone number, especially from work as they use this information, via caller id, to verify who they are talking to.

Multiple calls daily to the main number in our office. Hangs up as soon as answered. No one on the line. No sounds.
