Millions Call

I received the following text message from this number 7-27-2021:

Your ESDWAGOV account is due for update, sign in to your SecureAccess Washington (SAW) eService account to update.

According to provision 17.9 of Terms and Conditions, failure to update will result in a permanent account closure.

Voicemail claming to be from a United Nations office and that my brother, Name, was traveling and had listed me as a contact. The recording was scratchy and it was a thick Indian accent but it sounded important so I returned the call just to say they'd called the wrong number.  The person who answered sounded like the same person who left the message and the reception was still bad. She kept asking me questions I couldn't understand and finally told her not to call this number again. So far, they haven't.

This number calls into WhatsApp and then when you answer the call it leaves an insult message in your message thread. "You are a dummy". I am scanning for malware now and Antivirus is running. It might have hacked my phone. I do not have a malware report completed yet. Very scary.

Appears to be some sort of religious scam via robocall that calls repeatedly. Same caller tends has been using other numbers as well. 5/3/2019

CID UNKNOWN NAME, no message. White pages reports Scam or Fraud, AT&T Mobile, Oroville WA, Spam/Fraud Potential: High, Spam Reports 62. Good enough for me, blocked entire area code.

calls weekly, no message left. hangs up when calling back.

I get calls from this number, I do not answer and they do not leave a message. Any clues?
