Okay, therefore earlier today we had 2 strange emails in our spam with 'BofA'. One stated that we should ring 800-887-5749 & provide private details to verify our account. BofA sends sms msgs to me, not emails, however we think the emails were a hoax cos BofA has never ever requested for cc number & mailing address. Beware!

Claimed I was eligible for something because there was a hard of hearing person in my household, told them there was not, she seemed confused.

They give an option to be placed on their do not call but it does not work. It loops you round and round. I requested an operator and told her and she just laughed at me. Just block them.
