Same exact situation happened with my company.  They are a scam.  Do not give them ANY information over the phone.  Do not give them your first or last name.

This was a ring with a debt collector that sounds to have a criminal history in business practices. we just keep on informing 'em the woman these people are asking for & these people continued on ringing, attempting to get 'em to break the law somemore.
