Keeps calling. Don't know who it is

FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

We are not sure who rang, or with exactly what firm. The ring is made at 4:22 a. m. pacific standard time. We are hopeful that we dont get any telephone rings at that time of the day, & wish that you can prevent this person/company with making any further unexpected calls. thanks for ur help.
