Called at 740 PT asking for donations for the police force and when asked a question the man hung up

had a ring with this number at 5:29 a. m. Pacific time, good thing we put our telephone on silent soon as we go to bed, otherwise we would happen to be really angry to be woken up by a phoney-baloney ring. The msg ended up leaving is just muffled noise. really irritating!
