Millions Call

I have been getting calls from these people for several weeks.  They always ask for someone that I do not know and try to use that as a lead in to get me to talk to them.  Is there a way to make them stop.

Numerous media messages in a row with woman progressively more undressed as messages come in in rapid succession. Texts read "Hola", "good morning", "is this what you need?", "or this?", "can you do something with this?"

This is a spammer calling in Spanish

This is the phone number of Americhoice of NY, they are trying to contact you to update information on your health records. They are working to get the problem with the Caller id corrected.

Who is this? Its my number. I only call numbers that have called me.
