Spam for auto insurance

Got a call just after 5 am, then a second call leaving a text to call. Looked up the number and it "says" Battlecreek Hospital System. I think this is bogus since there are NO articles from any legitimate sources (i.e. local news and national organizations) toughting any work or accomplishments or partnerships with this "hospital system". I called the number, and a woman answered the phone saying "good morning, Battlecreek Hospital, this is Linda How may I help you". It must be a bill collector, since I know of NO hospital system using a live person to answer the phone! Also, since this was the main number left with a text to call, where's the extension or the person's name? This company has built up a fake webpresence, AND created a realistic looking web site, however, once again there are NO legitimate third party objective sources substantiating any of their medical wonders and capabilities.

Multiple calls coming into my cell from this number lately. I don't know anyone from Wisconsin and have no idea why they keep calling. They have not left any voicemail messages which always concerns me. If they call that often, I automatically think it must be important, yet if it is important, why not leave me a message! I looked up the address on google maps and it looks like a residential apartment complex. I tried sending a text message to the number and was advised it was a landline. I will be blocking the number.
