Calls repeatedly and says nothing

My phone was stolen on February 25th 2007 at a mall in Victoria, BCWhen I realized the phone was stolen a few hours later, I put a hold on the account until I got a new phone.The next day, I got a new phone and activated my old phone number. On Feb.27 I received a text message from 780-617-0849:'Whose fone r u using?'Seems this could have been from the person who stole my phone as I don't know anyone at this number and I very rarely get calls from unknown numbers.

My hubby and I got a telephone call from this specific number earlier on this afternoon and decided to post it at this site

Asking to confirm a physical therapy appointment but name of company not possible to hear. Calls 3-4 a week for a Sylvia. No option take you to the receptionist.
