This person calls nonstop. This person seems crazy attempts to get information about me, seems bipolar by mood change, prank calls, crank calls, tries to change voice every phone call.

sounds to be with Canada. 204 was region code for Manitoba. we dont recognise anybody in Manitoba! didnt pass on a message!Note that overseas scam artists now use VONAGE telephone accounts/numbers to appear as when these people are based in North America or Western Europe.
