called me five times in the past week asking for some Carmen chick

Robo call claiming your social insurance has been suspended.

Three calls were made about three minutes apart. Voice mail msg collected. A man with Asian accent left garbled message ending with last four digits of my phone number. He repeated. The caller left a similar msg the second time. The third time he hung up after answer machine greeting. Possibly a confused senior citizen with a dialing problem but could also be a trick to get someone to answer the phone or return the call. I only respond to messages that state name, purpose of call and contact information.

Solicitation to purchase/ lease a call

got a sms with this number proclaiming to be our husband, informing us to sms them at this number therefore she does not must pay for texts.

I missed this call on Thursday evening, but tried calling it back on Saturday.  It answered with 'Hello. This is _ (persons name).  The call you received was.' and went on to explain that they are surveying for Intermountain Healthcare (IHC), and they hope that if they call back I'll take the time to answer their questions.Note:  I do have IHC Health Insurance, and have used several of their preferred provider doctors and services.
