This # has been calling my phone several times a day for the past week (except on weekends) and saying nothing. Sometimes they call back to back.

I received two calls this morning, both with no answer when I said hello. I called back, and a woman answered then passed me off to a man who said he doesn't speak English. What was the point of calling me if they can not communicate? Ugh.
