This was so obviously a scam call.

It's just another number for the Indianapolis Star.They never quit calling. I got an automated message when I called it back.

This number has called me about 15 times in the last 3 weeks. I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't know. After the 10th time or so, I called the number back as they leave no message. It says it's "education exchange. Press 1 to speak to the next representative or 0 to leave a message. I'm not pressing anything. I'm just going to file a report w the Sheriff

This is the phone number for Chase (Home Equity).  They were calling me back re a home equity application.

Got several messages from this company.  Finally decided to call them and see what it was all about.  They claim to be All Pro Recovery.  When I go through their automated menu, I get a mail box that is full.
