rang, ended up leaving no msg. telephone often engaged soon as we attempt to ring back

I got a call early morning at 7:40am, but since I dont recognize the number, I didnt pick it up.    Then I call back, but theres no one on the other side except an answering machine. I suspect it be a political call or telemarketer.

This firm has rang our no. on several occasions. we wonder why anybody would bother somebody who is not gonna do biz with them? i have began to tape these rings since he has been informed not to ring & still does. Each time looking for a different name. he have to believe this will get his out of any trouble with harassment & such.

GOT A CALL ON MY CELL FROM THIS NUMBER, WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL IT BACK YOU GET A BUSY SIGNAL. I DO NOT KNOW ANYONE WITH THIS NUMBER. NO MESSAGE. ANS I AM ON DO NOT CALL LIST.

3 times earlier today & no one at the other end. exactly what a pain. The 1st 2 were preceeded by rings with 270-686-0076 which no. we noticed has many unexpected ring complaints(Mary Miller in Owensboro,KY). connected ??
