Reported as a confirmed debt collection scam. Unsafe number. Robocaller calling multiple times. No Caller ID. Fails to leave voicemail. Block number and report to FTC.

In an attempt to return the number there was an immediate disconnection

Call said from Kaiser Permanente asking to update medical information. I don’t have Kaiser.

Repeatedly harrasses by phone. Has a metro pcs phone but has never paid a bill, probably fraudulent. Has not had comcast phone service for some time.

I got a text on my cell phone from above # that read as follows: [unverified sender](9179955844) Message from Verizon. You have to update Your account. Click on http://vtext.wireless-update3.com and proceed. I looked up online and found someone who also got the text. He went online from his computer and found a site that was just an image with a place to enter your verizon account and password with a "login" button, however, no other buttons worked. Sounds like a phishing site to me.

6:13 pm December 7, 2012 eastern time. Got a call from this person. Ignored the call to finish what i was doing. it isn't a cell phone because I texted it a question back saying who is this, and I received a text saying that this was a landline.
