Random call from a strange man.

Female caller sounds drunk, calls supposedly by accident morning, noon, and night to complain about dogs before she stops talking over me for me to tell her she again has the wrong number. Then she calls again later disguising her voice as some handicap person with the same problem. WHat can be done?

The rings keep on to be got with this mysterious pestering person calling. Once again, no msg is left.
