caller said they were from consumers energy and power would be shut off scam

I dont know who this number belongs to. I wont answer when they call because of the things I've read on line about people who have stolen your information calling to confirm orders you never placed and then draining your account once they confirm over the phone. I tried to call the number back on a land line...but it wont go through. I will be changing my cell number...

Got a couple calls from 773-253-4871, left message stating name of Shawn Allen. Said he was from some prize distribution? and my name had been picked and that I won a prize, that there were no obligations to buy anything, but the prize was time limited and to call him back at 1-866-950-8143. I've seen other numbers this so called shawn allen is using, and callers say it is a scam!!
