Left no message - I get a lot of calls with different from 813-267, with different last 4 digits. Always the same no message.

This number called my phone number twice and hung up

Received a call this morning which I did NOT answer because it was not a familiar number. When I dialed it back, no ID was given only the number and a basic 'Hello' - I hung up as it was an unsolicited call.

Harassing statements made to an unknown person.    Wrong number seems to be the easiest explanation, but caller is persistent and erratic.
