Claim to be IRS filing fraud case against you

I received a text stating that I can get a certain amount of money, I called and got connected with a man name Alex Foster, he approved me for a $5000 dollar loan, he asked me to send $176 to a person in Delhi,India using western union, I did that. He said the money would be ready in the next morning. The money wasn't there, He said that I need to send $350 to someone in Delhi,India. I DID THAT!!! I called him back after waiting the amount of minutes he told me to wait and plus, of course I was mad. Alex Foster, then told me that I needed to send another $350 to Delhi,India to recieve my money, I blew up. You know the rest!!

They have multiple phone numbers, but it's a complete spam about some credit card offer.

This # has been calling & harrassing my 80 yr old mother. offering her a large sum of money if she will send him $250..he gives the name of john baker or dell morris. he states his supervisor is bill bradley & he is with ups delivery svc.he will not stop calling!
