Received a voice message (to someone else, not my first name) call was from "Lucy" (404) 398-2872. When I called the number she left, it went straight to "The person you are calling is not accepting calls at this time..."

keeps calling and cant really understand as they dont have good english.Tells me to call back or attorney to.They say to call now and if i dont then they wish me good luck.I recieved 10 calls from 2:30 p.m. to 6:45 so far.tried callind and no ring on the other end just silence.
