called 10 times in one minute. No messages. Called number and it says investigations line and does not accept incoming calls

I've received about six phone calls from this number. The caller said that he understands that someone in my family suffers from diabetes. And asks "Is this true?" Each time, I told him emphatically NO. The last two times, I screamed at him over the phone and told him to stop calling this number.
