i got a txt from this number saying hi:) and i message back asking who this way and they didnt say nothing. then they txt me saying they dont have good signal :(...still dont know who it is..i even called it and they didnt answer..

we have been harassing phones calls and text messages from this phone. Is there anyway anything can be done?
