They are people trying to steal money from you. They pretend to be companies that they aren't. They are scammers. Example of company they use in NY, Conedison. Don't believe them.

I would like to know who this is. They never leave a message.

Legitmate company. They make beekeeping equipment and sell bees and honey. Called me about picking up my bees. Called them and checked back.  Message got broken up because of my lousy vm machine. time to get a new one.
