It's US Financial Resources. I came across their website and started to use a formula to figure out how much of a Federal grant I might be eligible for my age and income (for education). Don't remember sending anything to them as their site required too personal of info (SS #, Address) for me to finish the formula. The calls started coming a few weeks later and although the rep was straightforward about the name of the company, he lied when I asked if he was a Government agency, he said yes.
