Calls numerous times stalking me

They keep calling my cell with a fax machine

I got a call from this today & they were asking for donations to some Policeman fund that I'm not familiar with. I told the man that I was not interested & asked him to take me off of his calling list and he said that he would put my phone number down on their 'Do not call list'. He was very polite - unlike they usually are.

Received a text from this stranger wanting me to IM with them.
