Some one is texting me from this number..telling me alot of staff ..i dont know this people

This no. keeps on phoning my house & this states these people are a firm rang VCR. Who was this. That was a local mobile no. for my region & these people are wanting info with me about a gold card & I have never ever got such. Please help!
