Calling my cell phone 3 times in 15 minutes in the morning of Sep 09,2009

Received 4 calls from this number in last 3 daysAm supposedly on the national no call list, but it doesn't help much.

I keep getting calls on my mobile from this and from 0161 241 5598 I just want them to stop, more than often I reject the call but I have answered the 312 6506 in error and the line was blank, how do I stop them

have been getting calls 1-2x daily since middle of june.

This caller keeps calling and I have not a clue who this person is?Its very strange calls.At odd times of the night.They think they know me.I have ask them to stop calling,as Iam a single woman living by myself and my my 2 Shar-pei.I just feel real strange when the calls come in.Anyone else get these calls?
